Roof Top Tripods for Wireless Roof Top Contractors
Non Penetrating Roof Top Tripods
Wireless roof top contractors have a choice of two non penetrating roof top tripods. Our large non penetrating tripod is a heavy duty unit, used on roof tops or where deemed applicable. The larger non penetrating tripod accepts a 2-3/8” or 4-1/2” mast pipe and can be ordered with the tripod order sheet. The smaller non penetrating tripod is actually a small base of 35’’ x 35’’, a mast pipe of 1-7/8” x 30” is included. Both of these non penetrating tripods are usually used for roof top mounting.
Penetrating Roof Top Tripod
Another roof top tripod used by wireless roof top contractors is the penetrating roof top tripod type. The penetrating roof top tripod is bolted directly to the roof top with 1/2’’ bolts and has a mast of 2-3/8’’ x 96’’. Wireless roof top contractors like the easy adjustment brackets on these penetrating roof top tripods allowing the contractor to mount on sloped surfaces.
Penetrating Roof Top Tripod via Water Tanks
Wireless contractors can mount our penetrating roof top tripod to a roof top water tank when applicable. Roof top contractors have the choice to weld the tripod directly to the water tank or as mentioned above bolted directly to the roof tops. Masts on these units are 2-3/8’’ x 96’’. Whether mounting the tripod on the roof top or welding to the water tank roof top contractors can use the easy adjustment brackets to level on sloped surfaces.
Rubber Mats for Non Penetrating Roof Top Tripods
Wireless roof top contractors note that non penetrating roof tripods can utilize UV resistant 1/2” rubber mats. Roof top tripod rubber mats measure 18’’ x 48’’ and are 1/2” unless otherwise specified.
